The NVEB-5 Board of Directors, which exercises directing authority over NVEB-5 Regional Center, is comprised of prominent community leaders, business professionals, bankers, elected governmental officials, and educators whose skills combine to promote processes and procedures that identify exceptional business ventures for investors. Staffed by experienced top management and seasoned professionals, NVEB-5 works diligently to give foreign capital contributors viable and sustainable business opportunities that lead to legal immigration into the United States through the EB- Program. NVEB-5 is a nonprofit Regional Center that is approved by USCIS. NVEB-5 works to give back to the community through job creation by focusing on the success of both the venture and the investor.

The NVEB-5 Regional Center provides direct access to foreign capital resources for area businesses and job creation, while simultaneously offering international EB-5 investors the opportunity to receive the benefits of U.S. residence (i.e., a Green Card) and eligibility to become a U.S. citizen with a minimum investment contribution of US $900,000. NVEB-5 benefits to qualified investors and their family members include:

•Investors, their spouses, and unmarried children, under the age of 21, who successfully complete the program, may be granted U.S. permanent residency

•Investors and their family members may live, work, go to school, or start a business anywhere in the U.S.

•Minor children may obtain employment (subject to age, state and governmental laws and regulations)

•Educational benefits, including admission to quality U.S. elementary and secondary schools and universities at the same cost as U.S. residents

•The Conditional green card allows the investors and their family members to freely travel within the U.S. and/or internationally with the right of reentering the U.S. at any time with respect to U.S. residency requirements.

• The EB-5 Program requires a minimum capital investment of USD $1,800,000 in a qualified/approved project; however, most NVEB-5 projects are located in a TEA, and/or Rural Area which require a $900,000 investment, so investors in our projects enjoy full benefits of the EB-5 Program with half the capital requirements.

•No requirement to personally manage the EB-5 investment on a day-to-day basis

•No sponsors needed as with other visas*

•No requirements for age*, the ability to speak English, employment experience or education

* An EB-5 investor can be any age. Additionally, and EB-5 investor’s spouse and children under 21 years of age can also receive legal entry. A child must be under age 21 at the time of filing the I-526 investor petition with USCIS by the principal investor.
