The NVEB-5 is a USCIS approved EB-5 Regional Center whose geographic boundaries encompass 3 counties within the State of Nevada (Carson City, Douglas County and Lyon County). Portions of this area have been designated a TEA (Targeted Employment Area defined as a high-unemployment or rural areas) requiring a minimum EB-5 investment of only US $900,000, instead of $1,800,000 for investments outside of a TEA.
