The Nevada State EB-5 Regional Center website is temporarily unavailable in efforts to comply with the new “Reauthorizing of the 2022 EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act (RIA) which was part of the Omnibus Bill, signed by President Biden on March 15, 2022.

All Regional Centers that had their Certification and have been in good standing with USCIS prior to the June 30, 2021 will have to comply with USCIS’s new guidelines and processes starting May 15, 2022.

Nevada State EB-5 Regional Center is currently going through the new process and procedures designated by the new Reauthorization guidelines.  Once we have filed and have received the final approval from USCIS we will have the website updated and functional.
